I’m a personal trainer focused on helping women build strength, confidence, and a lifestyle that actually lasts.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I studied Biology at Howard University, where I developed a deep appreciation for understanding the human body. I now work full-time in neuroscience research.

Wellness and fitness have always been a part of my life, but I truly realized my power through movement—and through helping others discover theirs.

Whether it’s Pilates, hiking, or simply staying active, movement became more than a habit for me. It became a lifestyle.

I started by training friends and family, and over time it naturally grew into helping women who wanted real structure, guidance, and results.
