I was born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, California. I pursued a degree in Biology at Howard University , where I developed a strong appreciation for science and understanding the human body. After graduating in 2016, I moved back to California and now work full-time in neuroscience research.

Outside of my career, wellness and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve realized that I feel my best and operate at my fullest capacity when my body is moving and when I’m helping others do the same. Whether it’s Pilates, hiking, morning beach runs, or just staying active in different ways, movement has become a lifestyle for me.

I initially started off training family and friends, and over time that naturally transitioned into booking clients who wanted support and guidance in their own fitness journeys. I’m currently working toward becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and continuing to build my knowledge so I can help others become the healthiest and most confident versions of themselves.

My goal is to share my passion for movement and wellness while helping people build confidence, discipline, and a stronger connection with their bodies.

Hi, I’m Starr

My Approach

Everyone’s journey is different, so I focus on meeting each person where they are and helping them progress at a pace that challenges them while still feeling sustainable. My goal is to help you move with confidence, build strength, and develop the discipline needed to stay committed to your goals.

INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT

Every movement should have a purpose. I focus on helping clients understand how their body moves so they can train safely, effectively, and with confidence.

SUSTAINABLE lifestyle

My goal is to help you build habits that last beyond the gym. Fitness should support your lifestyle, not feel like something you constantly start and stop.
