Ingredients:

  • Eggs (boiled)

  • Whole grain bread

  • Avocado

  • Strawberries (sliced)

  • Walnuts

  • Dried cranberries

  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Toast bread and mash avocado on top. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  2. Boil eggs to your liking and peel.

  3. Slice strawberries and plate with walnuts and dried cranberries.

  4. Assemble everything and serve fresh
